Player can improve their Dragon status in Training, typically Training has the same mechanism with Endurance. Even though it is same with Endurance Race mode, Arena Effect won't work for all the Dragon in Training and Player can stop their training anytime that they want.
The other alternative to improve the Dragon status is Dancing, Dancing is free and there is a chance to get NEFTiLAND Token, but it will cost great number of Dragon Life in return.
